The Gathering
Room Packages
Host your small party, meeting, or work session in The Gathering Room at Hattie’s and enjoy a private room rental in a cozy renovated historic home, complete with local coffee, teas, and sweet snacks. Room rentals include hourly exclusive access to the room, which features a meeting table, chairs, and TV access; 2 dedicated parking spots; and a selection of additional service and refreshment packages:
Room Rentals
$25 per hour, no hourly minimums
$10 per hour service fee for a dedicated room associate
(orders and delivery)
Refreshment Packages
$20 for the Basic Coffee Package with self-serve coffee,
2 milk options, and sweeteners$50 for the Luxury Latte Package for 6
(12 oz lattes with choice of syrup + milk)$40 for the Seasonal Pastry Platter for 6

HOW TO BOOK
Click the booking link to begin your reservation.
Select "The Gathering Room" and choose your desired rental duration (1, 2, 3, or 4 hours). Note: Available time slots may vary based on your selected duration.
Optional: Choose a refreshment package (not required):
Basic Coffee Package – Self-serve coffee with 2 milk options and sweeteners
Luxury Latte Package – Six 12 oz lattes with your choice of syrup and milk
Seasonal Pastry Platter – Serves 6 guests

Did you know that you can host at Hattie’s? Rent out our beautiful refurbished farmhouse for your next party, shower, corporate or social gathering. Allow your guests to enjoy local coffee brews, beverages, and baked goods and snacks while meeting in our cozy space.

$200 per hour, $50 per hour beverage minimum

Yes! We have no restrictions on this, just that you don't leave any food or drinks behind. :)

Yes! Feel free to make it personal to your particular event. Many clients have brought in balloon arches, moved tables around, hung banners, etc. Glitter is discouraged just because it's so super hard to clean up. :)

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due at the event. Once we agree on the time and day I will email you an invoice through our point of sales- Square- and you can pay it online.

If you want a barista on site making you drinks we have a $50/hr minimum. This covers the cost of our labor and goods. You can do an open tab where guests are just able to order however many and whatever they want and you pay at the end of the event or you can offer them drink tickets so they only can get one drink per event but either way it's a $50/hr minimum.

The max occupancy at Hattie's is 49 and that includes our staff on site working.

We love supporting other local businesses in the legacy core (the historic part of Whitestown) and recommend Moontown Brewery and L.A. Cafe. We can also order ahead from our two wholesale bakeries Debbie's Daughters & Boone County Cake Co. to have them provide baked goods for your event.
